As the Owner and President of CYBEROPS/IT, Patrick McNamara has extensive professional experience in designing and building Microsoft Small Business Networks, Cloud Services, VOIP, Security, Installation Development, Web Design and SEO.
McNamara held many prestigious positions including Vice President of Technology North America for a Global 2 Billion Dollar travel agency, VP Technology for a local software firm, Managing Director of Software Development, Information Systems Manager, Regional CADD Director and Systems Administrator. McNamara has been involved in all aspects of technology from global hardware/software implementations to OTS (off the Shelf) software development. He holds several current certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA.

CYBEROPS/IT was founded by Patrick McNamara in October 2003 in his home town of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The original company name was McNamara Technology Solutions and was rebranded in October 2017 as CYBEROPS/IT. Although the company originally provided web development, graphic design, SEO and traditional IT services, our core business offering today is computer support (Managed IT) for startups and small businesses.
Since the inception of the company in 2003 the advances in technology have changed significantly. Our offering today isn't based on theory but 14+ years of in-the-trenches experience with clients as well as McNamara's 25+ years of professional experience in the industry. Not only do we have all the cool technology software and toys, but we are committed to providing a level of service that is customer driven. We consider client retention and repeat business as a guage to our success.
We have also made a commitment to understand the client profit motive in every project we evaluate. Our services must impact the client's "bottom line" in a positive way, or we won't be involved, it's that simple. For too long, information technology service providers in the Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Orleans and Surrounding Louisiana areas have moved away from being "business driven".
